Semco offers a variety of molding services including complete turn key
operations in order to provide our customers with a single source for their
products thus saving time and money.
Our injection molding department utilizes modern high speed presses ranging
in size from small 150 ton to large 1800 ton presses. We mold Thermoplastic
as well as Thermoset resins.
Our blow molding department boasts some of the largest machines in the
Midwest, enabling us to provide a wide range of parts for your complete
product needs.
We have tooling engineers on staff in order to assist our customers with
concept and final design of their parts. Our engineers also specialize in
using some of the latest technology in part and tool design such as current
versions of Pro-E software and others.
Semco offers packaging, decorating including hot stamping, silk screening,
and pad printing along with complete assembly and drop ship capabilities to
further allow our customers to contain costs.
